Primary recruitment is held in the fall for potential new members beginning their sophomore year and are interested in joining a Greek organization at Union. This is a great way of learning more about the sororities participating in primary recruitment and meeting sisters from all the organizations!

Open house day is the first night of primary recruitment. For Sigma Delta Tau, Beta Xi chapter this is our night to give potential new members a glipmse of who we are. The recruitment video is presented and it is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the sisters in our chapter.

Philanthropy day is the second day of recruitment. On philanthropy day our VP of Philanthropy presents on our national philanthropies and about the events we engage in throughout the year, such as PCAA week and our Fall Gala. During this night, potential new members also get the opportunity to give back to our philanthropy through an activity!

Preference day is the third and our most special day of recruitment. Potential New Members get the opportunity to hear personal stories of what sisterhood means to us. This is a heartwarming time during our recruitment process and allows for potential new members to learn more about our values.

Bid Day is the final day of the recruitment process and the most exciting!!! This day we get to welcome our new sisters into their new home and celebrate our sisterhood together.
